The app progresses when a user signs in and initiates a project; they become the group leader. Then the user invites all stakeholders. The system automatically allocates an equal stake to each invitee, while the group leader has the option of manipulating the percentages to fit the customized need of the project. There are no payments or commitments made as of yet.
Any of the projects members would individually incur an expense, a task, on behalf of the project. This task would represent a payment that the aforementioned user has made. The user adding the task has the option to attach a file/receipt related to the task. The user would then allocate the stake of the expense, with the option to remove any uninvolved user from this specific task. Project members must accept the leaders invite in order to create tasks. Once a task is incurred each users respective screen would reflect their position with regards to the project. After all project costs/tasks have been made and incurred a project is closed by the leader and all outstanding amounts must be settled. A project cannot be closed until all users have settled all their project related costs.
